Our Mission
To promote a holistic, comprehensive development of working families in situations of extreme poverty by strengthening their abilities through programs of values formation, education, health, and nutrition. These programs will provide them with tools to improve their lifestyles by undertaking sustainable start-up ventures or entering into the workforce. We are a foundation that is Catholic, transparent, efficient, and committed to continuously improving our service to working families.
Our name
To the people of Ecuador, we are the Fundación “Familias Trabajadoras”. Our name reflects our mission, and our goal of empowering each family to choose a better life.

THE VISION:
Since its Foundation, the CMT and currently the FFT, focus on giving glory to GOD by giving the poor the power over their own lives and their eternal salvation through learning and practicing the mandates and values of the Gospel; in programs to promote these values. All this is made possible thanks to the creation of an environment of: affection, understanding and love. This is the spiritual basis, which is essential to the life of the work.
